Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key account Manager to manage a key customer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Customer care and ability to react quickly. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen business acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. you will also need to be able to use Excel and other data systems and have good organization skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets for assigned key account.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of vehicles.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Experience

Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
able to have good clear communication skills
