About the Role

Framfield House Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic and committed salaried GP to join our established team. We are happy to consider applications for either full-time or part-time working, with flexibility around sessions.

What we offer:

£13,721.48 per session per annum
Full-time or part-time opportunities
Flexibility in the number and arrangement of sessions
A mixture of 10- and 15-minute appointments
Low visit numbers, supported by our wider multidisciplinary team
6 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays

About the Candidate

All applicants should have the following qualifications:

Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
Be on the NHSE medical performers list

and skills, including:

Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;

About Us

Framfield House Surgery serves approximately 14,500 patients and has a strong, collaborative team comprising:

5 GP partners
5 salaried GPs
Supportive and experienced nursing, HCA and administrative teams
A dispensing service
An established GP training practice

We work collaboratively with Deben Health Group PCN, with a wide range of PCN and community services supporting our patients. Our practice benefits from a low visit burden, with many patient contacts managed by our paramedic team and PCN community services, allowing our GPs to focus on providing high-quality, personalised care.
