Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries effectively
- Upsell relevant products and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Manage stock levels, organise displays, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting
- Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette
- Support organisational tasks such as inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Assist in organising promotional events or seasonal displays as required
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and stock counts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
