Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own home. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and their families. A valid driving licence is preferred for this position due to our costumers locations.

Brief description:

Providing support with domestic tasks in and out of the home
Sensitive assistance with personal care routines, such as dressing and bathing
Medication management and administration
Rehabilitation and home-from-hospital care
Specialist care for complex conditions
Safe mobility around the home
Meal preparation and cooking
Companionship and emotional support

Your duties will include:

Medication Management
Personal Care
Meal Preparation
Domestic Services
Shopping
Companionship
Accessing the Community
Health or Social Appointments Escort
Waking Night Service (If required)
Sleep in Service (If required)

Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be a care assistant?

Availability 7 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm. (Every other weekend required)
Valid driving licence and your own transport (required due to our service users location).
Kind and compassionate
A supportive and caring nature
Reliable and trustworthy
Good verbal and written English skills
The ability to be professional at all times
The ability to support the service user with all aspects of personal care, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.

We are looking for candidates that have the ability to put a smile on people faces.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.75-£13.80 per hour
