Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Stock Controller Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the supply chain team by learning how to monitor inventory levels, process orders, and track stock movements, using our Sage 200 system
Responsibilities:
Place purchase orders and maintain supply traceability.
Monitor stock levels and conduct stock takes
Update and maintain our system records
Create new product records and set up trade prices.
Maintain supplier details and cost price database.
Liase with good in and purchase ledger teams
Deal with suppliers and handle any issues
Communicate directly with customers to provide new product information.
Experience:
Good communication skills
Basic IT & Excel skills
Organised, resourceful, and with an eye for detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Have strong numeracy and literacy skills
Be reliable & punctual
