· Group Aftersales Development
This role is a high-impact, hands-on role designed to support operational excellence, improve commercial performance, develop group capability, and help modernise our dealership operations across multiple sites. The Role
Working closely with the Group Director of Aftersales, the Group Aftersales Development Manager will support performance improvement across service, workshop, and parts operations throughout the group.
This role focuses on operational efficiency, labour sales, workshop productivity, customer retention, colleague development, and driving consistent aftersales standards across multiple sites.
This is a highly visible management role requiring strong operational knowledge and commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation
- Drive labour sales, parts sales, and aftersales profitability
- Improve service retention and customer loyalty
- Support underperforming aftersales departments with recovery plans
- Coach and develop Aftersales Managers and operational teams
- Improve workshop loading, booking processes, and throughput
- Drive VHC performance and upsell opportunities
- Improve parts stock control and operational standards
- Enhance CSI, customer journey, and complaint resolution processes
- Support implementation of digital systems and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong automotive aftersales management experience
- Deep understanding of workshop, service, and parts operations
- Excellent management and coaching skills
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
- Data-led decision-making capability
- Ability to improve performance across multiple teams and sites
- A proactive, hands-on management style

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
