Handyman/Multi-Trader (On-Site Accommodation)
Preference will be given to applicants who can live on-site for the duration of the job.
We provide maintenance services to commercial & residential customers. We specialise in renovation works on properties in Luton & occasionally London. The majority of work will require the operative to get to & from the site themselves. Alternatively, you may also be asked to work in a small workshop based in Luton, LU3, where very little travelling will be involved.
We are looking for a reliable Handyman/Multi-Trader to join our growing team on a full/part-time basis. We provide discounted accommodation for our workers whilst completing work.
We expect 10 years plus with a (unless you are an Apprentice or Improver) proven ability to install kitchens and bathrooms at a good standard. You must live within a reasonable commute to Luton. A vehicle driver is preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
We need a multi-trader who can confidently:
Install complete kitchens – all types (flat pack, rigid, etc)
Install complete bathrooms – including plumbing, tiling, and basic electrics
Work independently and within a team to deliver jobs.
Be presentable, respectful, and capable of working in both void and occupied properties
Communicate clearly with our office and project managers, including using WhatsApp to send photos and updates on jobs daily.
Required Skills & Experience:
Kitchen and Bathroom installations – must be highly skilled in these Carpentry (doors, fire doors, framework, mitre worktops)
Plumbing (1st and 2nd fix) Tiling (walls and floors)
Basic plastering and patch repairs
Painting and decorating Preferred (but not essential)
Additional Requirements:
A full set of tools for all the above trades is preferred but not essential as we hold all the needed tools. If you have transport it must be reliable
Must be punctual, professional, and tidy
Clear communication and good attitude is a must
