Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Energy Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the energy industry and be confident handling supplier queries, contract processing, Change of Tenancy (COT) requests, customer account management and general admin duties.

Processing energy contracts and renewals.
Managing customer accounts and supplier communications.
Handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests.
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting customers with billing and account queries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the Energy Industry essential.
Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using CRM systems preferred

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
