Kitchen Sales Processor
At Masonhouse Manufacturing, we’ve been crafting beautiful kitchens for over 40 years under our two brands, Callerton and Brown & Hood. Our family-run business is built on quality, design-led thinking, and strong relationships-with our retailers, our customers, and our team.
We’re growing and on the lookout for a Sales Processing Co-ordinator to join us in Sunderland. You’ll be joining a small, skilled team that takes pride in getting the details right and delivering exceptional service, every time. If you care about quality, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a business that’s thriving into its fourth decade-read on.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing bespoke kitchen orders with care and precision
- Reviewing order accuracy and technical details to ensure everything works in the real world
- Working closely with retailers to build trusted relationships - picking up the phone to talk things through when needed and using every mistake as an opportunity for both parties to learn for the future
- Raising orders for additional items and liaising across procurement and manufacturing
- Creating and checking supporting documentation, including computer-based technical drawings
- Keeping an eye out for improvements, better ways of working, or potential snags before they become issues
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions or offer suggestions
- Good numeracy and computer literacy (we’ll provide training on the systems we use, experience with Winner or cad software is a bonus)
- A problem-solver who wants to get things right first time - for the customer and the team
- Experience in the kitchen or interiors industry is ideal, but we’re open to people with transferable skills and a strong work ethic
- A natural team player who’s happy to pitch in and support colleagues when needed
What’s in it for you?
- A permanent, full-time role in a stable and respected company – and we’re open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate
- Salary from £26,000 depending on experience
- A friendly, close-knit team where your ideas and input are welcome
- Training and support to help you succeed and grow in the role
If you’re excited by the idea of combining technical precision with great customer service and want to be part of a company that values quality and people-we’d love to hear from you.
