Salary: £26,500 per annum full-time equivalent, pro rata for part-time hours worked

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Sales Support and Media Coordinator to support our busy sales team while helping to coordinate the marketing and presentation of our properties. This varied role combines administration, sales support, negotiation support, and media coordination, ensuring our clients receive a first-class experience and our properties are marketed to the highest standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Managing enquiries received via telephone, email, and property portals.
- Arranging and confirming appointments and property viewings.
- Maintaining accurate client and property records within the CRM system.
- Assisting with sales progression and communication between all parties involved in the transaction.
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and contractors as required.
- Supporting the valuation team with sales negotiations, offer management, and client updates.
- Supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Media & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinating the production of property photography, floor plans, videos, and Virtual Tours.
- Preparing and proofreading property descriptions and promotional content.
- Managing advertising schedules and property launches.
- Liaising with external media, design, and print suppliers.
- Assisting with the creation of brochures, window displays, and promotional campaigns.
Administration
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
- Maintaining filing systems and company records.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous estate agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in sales support, administration, or property marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
