£18 p/h (£12.76 plus tronc)

We are currently seeking a poised and customer-focused Head Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Head Receptionist,you will be the first point of contact for our guests,setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality,excellent organizational skills,and are committed to delivering top-notch service,we invite you to be a welcoming presence at our beautiful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
Manage reservations,ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Answer phone calls and inquiries,providing information and assistance.
Maintain the reception area,keeping it clean and organized.
Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Open Table or Seven Rooms
Previous experience as a receptionist or Maitre D’ in a restaurant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and friendly demeanour.
