Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager to set the vision and lead the execution of Boden’s global creator marketing strategy. With a sharp focus on scaling our influencer gifting programme, you’ll own the full end‑to‑end journey – from discovering and onboarding creators to launching campaigns, tracking performance, and continuously optimising for impact.

This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative role where strategy meets delivery. You’ll define and manage clear, commercial KPIs, turning insight into action and performance into growth. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help build a high‑performing influencer marketing engine that drives reach, engagement and real brand value – all while staying true to who we are.

Location: 4 days per week at our North Acton office, 1 day working from home.

Contract: This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract .

What You Will Do

Programme Execution

Shape and deliver global paid creator and gifting strategies with the Global Head of PR & Influencers.
Build and scale a high‑impact global gifting model through ShopMy.
Create inspiring briefs and incentives for authentic, high‑performing creator content.
Champion new ideas that unlock creativity, relevance and commercial results.

Creator & Content Coordination

Grow a diverse creator community while protecting long‑term brand fit, values and tone.
Own partnerships, contracts, usage rights, trackers and deliverables.
Build trusted creator and agent relationships, with confident fee and contract negotiation.
Partner with teams to deliver boost‑ready, performance‑driven creator content.

Performance Reporting

Lead weekly and monthly reporting across paid creator and gifting programmes.
Turn performance data into clear insights, actions and optimisation plans.
Identify winning creators, formats and narratives to scale impact.
Use insights to evolve storytelling and creative best practices.

Trend & Cultural Monitoring

Spot emerging creator trends, formats and cultural moments.
Monitor competitor activity to keep Boden relevant and ahead.

Creative Collaboration

Coach and support junior team members in a collaborative, high‑performance environment.
Work cross‑functionally to shape data‑led creator content that resonates.
Support creator‑first activations and events that drive content and reach.

Budget & Investment Support

Manage influencer budgets with accuracy, accountability and performance focus.
Ensure spend delivers against commercial and brand KPIs.

Cross‑Functional

Connect teams and markets to deliver consistent global execution.
Champion joined‑up working and a unified brand presence.

What We Are Looking For

Strong experience and insight across the US, UK and DE influencer landscapes, including key competitors.
Hands‑on experience using ShopMy or similar systems, to build and scale successful influencer gifting programmes.
Proven ability to create and grow creator‑first content programmes that deliver real impact.
Strong commercial and strategic judgement across both brand and performance marketing.
Experience leading junior team members and building motivated, high‑output teams.
Genuine energy for systems, processes and creating structure that enables scale.
Comfort operating at pace in a high‑ownership, get‑things‑done environment.
