Job Summary

Join our dynamic beauty team as a Lash Technician Apprentice and embark on an exciting journey to master the art of eyelash extensions and enhancement techniques. This paid apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills in lash application, customer service, and professional communication. As an apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience while providing exceptional service to clients. This role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to build a rewarding career in the beauty industry, with opportunities for growth and certification.

Duties

Assist senior lash technicians in applying eyelash extensions and other lash enhancement treatments under supervision
Prepare clients for their appointments by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring a positive experience
Support the scheduling of appointments and manage client records accurately
Learn and develop skills in makeup application related to lash enhancements
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized recommendations

Qualifications

Passionate about beauty, makeup application, and enhancing client confidence
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and build rapport
Willingness to learn new techniques and follow guidance from experienced professionals
Basic understanding of hygiene practices relevant to beauty services
Prior experience in makeup application or beauty industry is a plus but not required
Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
