Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy, well-established independent estate agency in Bexleyheath.

Parris Residential, trading successfully for over 25 years, specialises in residential sales and lettings across the local area. We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Saturday Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Trainee to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing position ideal for someone confident, organised, and keen to develop a career in property.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating and booking property valuations
Promoting and arranging property viewings
Conducting viewings independently
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Carrying out property inspections for tenanted properties
Learning and applying current property legislation and compliance requirements
Using our in-house software platform (full training provided)

There is potential for additional weekday hours to cover holidays and busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service experience
Confident, positive, and friendly personality
Excellent telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Bexleyheath and the surrounding Bexley Borough (DA postcodes)
Ideally living within 5 miles of Bexleyheath
Full UK driving licence and use of own car (petrol allowance provided)
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Good standard of Maths and English
IT proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, digital photography, and social media)
Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry

Please note: You will be required to attend property viewings independently. You are not required or permitted to carry clients in your vehicle.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
