The opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will coordinate the delivery of programs that make up the strategic roadmap. You will collaborate with leaders from engineering, product management, design, quality assurance, and other teams as required. You will also play a key role in building relationships and facilitating collaboration with multiple external partners. As the teams adapt to new opportunities, you will craft and implement change management strategies to guide process improvements and organizational change.
You will wear several hats: connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat, and act as a force multiplier for the teams with whom you work. You should have a highly adaptable program management style and dedication to cultivating a culture of individual empowerment, ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing

Coordinating with engineering and product managers to build and execute against a clear roadmap that balances feature development goals, multiple partner commitments, and operational improvements.

Using effective communication, tools, and program management strategies to keep teams on track, meet goals, and ensure internal and external partners have the information they need.

Iterating on existing processes and methodologies, or developing solutions where none exist, to improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility while respecting what came before.

Identifying and mitigating risks associated with change and adeptly handling any conflicts that arise.

Designing and delivering training programs to support teams in adopting new processes and tools.
What we're looking for

Software project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate the successful delivery of features and products.

A track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships.

Demonstrated success working with globally dispersed teams across time zones.

Experience managing process and organizational change, working to evolve the current state of embedded habits rather than fighting against them.

A focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.

Gross pay annually, Germany: 72200 EUR - 108400 EUR
Gross pay annually, UK: 65000 GBP - 75000 GBP
Gross pay Monthly, Lithuania: 4516.66 EUR - 6783.33 EUR
This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
