Groundskeeper & Maintenance Person

Seasonal Full-Time Position
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can turn your hand to a variety of maintenance tasks? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Sango Sands Oasis is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Groundskeeper & Maintenance Person to help keep our campsite and facilities looking their very best throughout the season.
Main Duties
- Grass cutting and strimming.
- General grounds maintenance and landscaping.
- Litter picking and keeping the site clean and presentable.
- Emptying bins and waste management.
- General repairs and maintenance around the campsite.
- Basic plumbing, joinery and painting tasks.
- Assisting campsite facilities.
- Cleaning gutters, paths and outdoor areas.
- Maintaining fences, gates and outdoor furniture.
- Reporting maintenance issues and carrying out preventative maintenance.
- Supporting the wider team whenever required.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good practical maintenance skills.
- Able to use gardening and maintenance equipment safely.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Friendly, reliable and professional attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
- Own basic tool kit.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in campsite, holiday park or estate maintenance.
- Experience operating ride-on mowers, strimmer's and hedge cutters.
- Basic plumbing and joinery knowledge.
- First Aid qualification (desirable but not essential).
