Full job description

Position:

Front of house 10-15 hours per week

Monday - Sunday availability

Pre requisites:

- No qualifications needed but the desire to obtain a Level 2 Gym Instructor certification

- Must be confident using social media platforms

Beneficial qualifications:

Roles & responsibilities:

- Using gym management system

- Cleaning gym facility

- Good hospitality & customer service skills

- Punctual

- Good exercise knowledge

- Good phone & email etiquette

- Flexible working hours

- Good communication skills

- Serving customers food & drinks

- Conducting gym tours & sales

- Gym inductions

- Social media; posts, stories & communicactions

- Personal Trainer:

While Level 2 or 3 Personal Training qualifications are not mandatory to apply for this position, we are seeking exceptionally driven individuals who possess a deep enthusiasm for the health and fitness industry. Must have at least 2 years gym experience showcasing good exercise knowledge and understand key principles of effective programming. Candidates must be passionate about making a difference in our clients' lives and committed to helping them achieve their wellness and fitness goals. Additionally, it is important to note that you will need to fund your own Personal Training course and complete it in your own time. This demonstrates your dedication and initiative in pursuing a career in personal training. We value individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a world-class coaching team. Your ability to connect with clients, motivate others, and showcase your commitment to personal and professional development will be key factors in our selection process.
