Our company is currently seeking a machine operator to set and operate extrusion and cutting machines to produce silicone products, you will be expected to monitor the performance of the machines making sure that quality and dimensions are adhered to.
Training will be given so that you are able to carry out machine change overs efficiently in order to maximize production and reduce down time. You will also need to fill out production worksheets to include settings, speeds and feeds along with product measurements.
You will be expected to have good numerical skills and the ability to work using your own initiative.
Previous manufacturing experience would be preferable.
We are offering £12.71 per hour, plus overtime.
