Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Bakery Assistant, specializing in early morning wholesale bread packing. Duties

Prepare and pack freshly baked bread for wholesale distribution, ensuring all products meet quality standards
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including slicing, wrapping, and packaging machinery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area according to food safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the bakery team during early morning shifts
Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene practices to ensure product integrity
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
Conduct quality checks on packaged products before dispatch to ensure consistency and excellence

Requirements

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Ability to stand for extended periods during early morning shifts
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
