The role

The main purpose of this role is to provide support to various teams in our residential property department. You will work with the Legal Advisors and other Conveyancing Executives (this is what we call our Legal Assistants) assisting them to manage the caseloads they are responsible for. In this role you will be proactive in delivering an exceptional service to clients. You will have a keen eye for detail with an efficient, effective and positive manner.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Supporting teams with all aspects of the day-to-day running of files
Setting up client files for completion and handling the legal completion process
Responsibility for dealing with transactions from instruction through to completion
Undertaking Exchange of Contracts
Communicating with Clients, Agents, Brokers and Solicitors on a day-to-day basis
Providing updates and general advice
Working with our internal Case Management System and assisting clients to manage their case via our smartphone app
Dealing with post, emails and calls, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
Providing holiday and absence over for teams where required

What we're looking for

Were looking for someone who has Conveyancing assistance experience and:

Highly organised with strong time management skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A confident and professional communicator
Compassionate and client-focused, with a natural ability to provide reassurance and support
Detail-focused and able to produce accurate, high-quality documentation
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

This role will be based at our Beech House office in Mansfield town centre.
