Now we’re looking for a Paraplanner to join us.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our Advisers to help deliver high-quality financial planning and outstanding client outcomes.
This includes:
- Preparing suitability reports and financial plans
- Technical research across pensions, investments and protection
- Supporting advisers with planning strategies
- Working on inheritance tax planning cases including Trusts and Business Property Relief (BPR)
- Supporting recommendations involving EIS and VCT planning
- Helping improve processes and efficiencies as we continue to grow
- Collaborating with a close-knit and ambitious team
This is not a “sit quietly and write reports” role.
We want someone who enjoys being involved, contributing ideas and becoming a valued part of the wider business.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
- Strong paraplanning experience within financial planning
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience or exposure to inheritance tax planning, Trusts, BPR, EIS and VCTs would be highly beneficial
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Someone who values culture, teamwork and long-term career growth
