We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Group Bookings & Box Office Co-ordinator to join our friendly Box Office team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy customer service, visitor experience, or ticketing environment (ideally within the arts)
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new software (experience using Spektrix Ticketing system is an added plus)
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Has an interest in live events, music, theatre and the arts
Position Details:
Part-time – Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
Following a review of business requirements, there may be the opportunity to extend the contract.
Typically worked over three days per week (22.5 hours) – with the opportunity for additional hours.
