Job Overview
As a key team member of insert department team, the role holder’s key duties will be but not limited to:
- Assemble furniture to the correct method set by Design and Development and to the correct Quality Standard Trained and documented by the company.
- Ensure your area of work is clean and tidy with no excess stock of agreed items and no items of non-agreed stock.
- Ensure all areas of Health and Safety are adhered to, and correct use of Eye and Ear protection, safety footwear at all times. (other forms of PPE are available such as dust masks/gloves if required)
- Adhere to department housekeeping, ensuring all areas and workstations are kept tidy, safe and in full working order.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept tidy, safe and in full working order.
- Ensure correct handling of product, as not to cause damage to product or oneself.
- Ensure training records are up to date.
- Any other reasonable duties asked to undertake.
- Work within the guidelines of the companies Health and Safety Policy.
