Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee operations within a healthcare or assisted living setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient and resident care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a dedicated professional with extensive knowledge in senior care, dementia care, and management of individuals with disabilities. The Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for both residents and staff.
Duties
Ability to take ownership of achieving the highest level of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies ,ensuring they achieve a minimum of a
"Good" CQC inspection.
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring high standards of patient and resident care are maintained.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management to promote a motivated and professional team.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including specialised programmes such as Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to healthcare provision and safety standards.
- Manage casework involving complex patient needs, including medication administration, anatomy-related assessments, and laboratory or medical imaging requirements.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals such as nurses, therapists, and external agencies to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation regarding resident care, staff schedules, incident reports, and regulatory audits.
- Facilitate staff development programmes focusing on senior care, hospice care, ICU procedures, working with children or individuals with disabilities as required.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through quality assurance initiatives and feedback mechanisms.Experience
- Proven experience in domiciliary care for Adults with a strong background in senior care and dementia management.
- Demonstrable supervisory or team management experience within healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with case management processes involving patients with complex needs such as Alzheimer’s.
- Prior exposure to home care services or community-based support programmes is desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per month
