About you:
-
2 years (minimum) of experience in IT support or a relevant Cyber Security degree/certification is required for this role;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
About the role:
-
As part of our Cyber Response team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line cyber support to our incredible customers;
- Keep the fortress strong with security and permission tweaks, crafting new security groups like a digital architect;
- Identify threats in emails, applications, sign-in activities, and even keep tabs on the shadowy corners of the dark web;
- Keep our cyber playbook in tip-top shape, and maintain all the important cyber security documentation;
- Support a vast array of software across many industries;
- Provide best practice cyber security advice to our customers;
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
- Maintain knowledge of the latest cyber trends and threats to keep customers safe.

- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers;
- Work collaboratively;
