Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Cluster Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship restaurants, including Raj Kitchen Swansea and New Delhi @Dockers & for sort coming project of STREET by Chef Raj Chowdhury. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, and seamless team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple outlets, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities

-Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, and health, safety, and licensing regulations.

- Drive operational excellence through regular site visits, service quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor sales, profitability, labor costs, inventory, and food costs to achieve financial and business objectives.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports while implementing effective cost-control measures.

- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and key team members through recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.

- Coordinate staffing, shift planning, and operational priorities to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams on menu development, product quality, and inventory management.

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by resolving escalated customer concerns and maintaining high service standards.

- Partner with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offerings, and local business initiatives.

- Foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on teamwork, accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen, and bar management.
Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively.
Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on food safety and quality assurance.
Knowledge of hospitality operations including serving practices and customer service excellence.
Experience in kitchen management, food production processes, or hotel settings is highly desirable.
Sound understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, stock management, and labour planning.
Ability to work across multiple locations, manage competing priorities, and travel between sites as required.
