Full job description

Dental Receptionist required for four working days

Experience in Dental/healthcare environment essential.

Experience with Dentally desirable but not essential.

We are a 6 surgery practice proving NHS and Private dental care including Denplan. We are a foundation training practice and offer a full range of family and cosmetic dentistry, implants and orthodontics.

We are a progressive practice embracing digital technologies and are Platinum Invisalign providers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player who has a strong work ethic, a desire to learn and be part of something special. You will be expected to manage the reception area, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, appointment planning, payments, clinical records, local health board liaison and assist our practice manager and clinical team members in the day to day running of the dental practice.

You will be rewarded with a fantastic work environment and team that fosters development. Training will be provided on all aspects of our services and software.

Dental nursing, treatment coordinator or reception experience is essential but above all we are looking for personality and a drive to help patients and our team members deliver excellent care.
