What you’ll get working with JM Building Contractors
- Employed role with guaranteed 40 hours per week (8am–4.30pm) – no worrying about dry spells
- Opportunities for overtime – Some later finishes, particularly in spring/summer/autumn, with quieter winters (but hours still paid) also when projects are close to the finishing line
- Weekly pay, starting at £13ph
- 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)

About the role – Skilled Labourer
You’ll be supporting the wider team on site across a range of tasks. This could include:
- Moving and preparing materials
- Cleaning sites to a high standard including dusting and hoovering
- Picking up & Delivering Materials
- Assisting tradespeople e.g. carpenters, bricklayers and plasterers
- Basic maintenance
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Following instructions to ensure the site runs smoothly and safely
We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, hands-on, and ready to muck in. A good work ethic, attention to detail, and team spirit are more important than qualifications.

What we’re looking for
- MUST BE OF THE MATURE NATURE AND OVER 30 YRS OLD (for insurance purposes)
- Experience on site is essential
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
