Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised and driven Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating engaging campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You will help strengthen our brand, increase engagement, generate leads and support the continued growth of the business.
*Welsh language skills would be advantageous but are not essential for this role*
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Produce campaign schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing activity and return on investment.
Social Media & Content
- Manage day-to-day social media channels.
- Create engaging written, graphic and video content.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Schedule posts using social media management platforms.
- Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate.
- Grow brand awareness across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with website updates and content management.
- Support SEO and local search optimisation.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials remain consistent with brand guidelines.
- Design brochures, flyers, digital graphics and promotional materials.
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all communications.
Events & Partnerships
- Support the organisation of events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing activity surrounding company events.
- Build relationships with local businesses, partners and suppliers.
- Assist with sponsorship opportunities and community engagement initiatives.
Communications
- Produce press releases and news stories.
- Create internal and external communications.
- Liaise with media where required.
- Support reputation management and positive public relations.
Reporting
- Produce monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor KPIs including website traffic, lead generation, social engagement and campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a marketing role. (2 Years Minimum)
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong social media knowledge.
- Experience creating engaging digital content.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full CLEAN UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Marketing degree or CIM qualification.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- SEO knowledge.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Email marketing experience.
- Experience within property, retail or hospitality marketing.
