Experienced Dog Groomer / Senior Groomer – New Luxury Salon Opening Location: Swansea Salary: £26,000–£32,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance bonus opportunities Job type: Full-time Help us build something special from day one We are opening a new premium dog grooming salon in Morriston, Swansea, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate and reliable dog groomer to become an important part of the business from the very beginning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a grooming position. You will have the chance to help shape the salon, build strong relationships with customers and their dogs, and grow with a new business. The role will include:
●Professional grooming of a variety of breeds and coat types
●Bathing, drying, clipping, scissoring and finishing
●Nail trimming and general grooming care ●Maintaining excellent hygiene and welfare standards
●Providing a calm, friendly and professional experience for every dog
●Building relationships with customers and encouraging repeat bookings
●The ideal candidate: Experienced dog groomer with high standards
●Confident grooming a range of breeds
●Passionate about animal care and customer service
●Reliable, organised and professional
●Able to work independently
●Takes pride in producing high-quality work A recognised grooming qualification is preferred, but proven experience and a strong portfolio of work will be considered.
