We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personal NHS and private dispensing services — including our unique 24-hour automated prescription collection point that lets patients collect medications at a time that suits them.
We’re looking for a motivated Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant to join our close-knit team. Whether you’re building on existing pharmacy experience or starting a rewarding new career in healthcare, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a supportive, patient-focused business.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in delivering safe, efficient, and caring pharmacy services every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prescription handling: Managing intakes, collections, assembling, and accurately labelling prescribed items.
- Stock management: Ordering, receiving, storing, and maintaining pharmacy supplies.
- Customer support: Selling over-the-counter medicines and offering appropriate advice to patients.
- Team collaboration: Assisting the Pharmacy Manager and colleagues with daily operations and any other duties as needed to support the team.
You’ll use our reliable PharmacyX patient medical record system, with full training and strong ongoing support provided.
