What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?

Experience of Food and Beverage in a hotel environment is essential
NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader.
Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
Strong communication and self-motivation skills
Ability to working autonomously

It would be great if you had:

Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision
BTEC level 3 hospitality management
Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
