Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, good property knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure the efficient running of properties, maximise tenant satisfaction, and maintain high standards of safety and functionality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a well-organised property management team.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring all aspects operate smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine inspections to uphold property standards.
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing leadership and guidance on projects.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing concerns promptly.
Monitor budgets and optimise operational costs without compromising quality.
Prepare reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and tenant feedback for senior management.
Utilise project management skills to plan upgrades or refurbishments within specified timelines.

Skills

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and tenant interactions.
Experience in maintenance planning and problem-solving within a property environment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to utilise their technical expertise alongside strong leadership abilities in a dynamic property management setting.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
