Job Overview

Duties

Supervise daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize productivity and profitability
Train team members on baking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service standards

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bakery management with a strong background in culinary arts
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory control and food service procedures
Barista or serving experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in customer-facing roles
