Full job description

Job Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Senior Administrator to work in a St. James's Place (SJP) Partner Practice.

You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the Advisors, offering your support as required in all aspects of business operations.

This will particularly suit if you enjoy client interaction and satisfaction as the role will focus on building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders by being the first point of contact for all aspects of client administration and dealing with admin queries.

Responsibilities

You will be providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients and advisers of the Practice
You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
You will be responsible for an array of administrative tasks involved with client servicing and business submission using bespoke software
You will need to ensure that work is processed accurately and within agreed timescales
You will have key responsibility for client servicing, and ensuring compliance / regulatory requirements are met at all times

Experience

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, and professional individual who has a ‘can do’ approach.
The ideal candidate - You will have been working for a SJP Partner Practice or has a strong financial services background and have good all-round financial services knowledge including regulations which you are looking to expand and develop

Please note that we will conduct a standard Financial and Identity check on any candidates who are offered a role within this Practice.

You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can prioritise workloads
Ideally you have used the CRM Salesforce
You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision. With a desire to continuously improve processes and look for efficiencies.
It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
