Sales Analyst
What we need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Analyst within our Sales & Data Transformation team. This position falls under our Internation Vehicle Payments (IVP) line of business. and can be located in Berlin, Munich, Nuremberg, London, Birmingham, Swindon, Amsterdam, or Prague. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working with sales, customer, and transaction data. The successful candidate should be able to go beyond numbers: they should understand what the data means, identify what is not making sense, challenge assumptions, dig into root causes, and provide clear recommendations that help improve sales performance. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Analytics, and will regularly collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Data & Transformation and leadership teams.

Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities of the role will include:

Analysing sales performance across the full funnel, including lead generation, conversion, activation, sales revenue realisation, customer attrition, channel effectiveness, and sales team productivity.

Pull, organise, validate, and interpret data from data warehouse/sources to support sales analysis; work with BI to clarify logic, definitions, and data quality.

Owning weekly and monthly recurring sales reporting, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and consistent; translate analysis into clear insights, recommendations, tactics, and actions that help improve sales performance and commercial outcomes.

Helping align metrics, data definition, reporting logic, and business interpretation across teams to ensure consistent and meaningful use of data.

Supporting forecasting, planning, building business cases, and ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, business context, and commercial performance across different markets, products, or business models.

Relevant experience working with sales analytics, preferably in a high-transaction industry such as payments, credit cards, fleet, telecom, banking, financial services, SaaS, or similar.

Strong business acumen, high attention to detail

Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis in a simple, practical, and business-oriented way

Excellent MS Excel skills are a must, intermediate SQL skills are preferred

Tableau/Power BI skills as an advantage
