HGV Drivers Wanted – Skips, RoRo, Tippers and Sweepers

Looking for a secure, full-time driving role with local routes, variety, training and real earning potential? Join the expanding MJ Church Recycling team as an HGV Driver supporting a range of essential services across the South West. We are recruiting professional, safety-focused drivers for roles across Skips, RoRo, Tippers and Sweepers. Whether you already have experience in one of these areas or are looking to broaden your skills, training will be provided.
What We Offer: a stable role, local work, regular overtime and the chance to build your skills across different vehicle types.
· Starting hourly rate between £13 and £15 per hour, depending on vehicle/role
· Full-time, permanent position - Minimum of 45 hours per week
· Daily bonus of £10
· Regular overtime available and paid at time and a half
· Pay increases linked to length of service after 12 months and 36 months
· Local routes, helping you stay closer to home
· Full training provided for role-specific vehicles and equipment, including opportunities to broaden your experience

What We’re Looking For:
· Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence; Class 1/C+E also welcomed where relevant
· Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
· A professional approach to safe driving, customer service, daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
· Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
· Previous experience in waste, construction, sweepers, skips, RoRo or tipper work is beneficial but not essential, as training is provided
You will be working 45 hours per week on local routes, supporting customers across our regional operations. Specific start times and vehicle type will depend on the role and depot requirements. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want consistent work, variety in their day, and the backing of a supportive transport and operations team.
