Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical and organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic organisation. The position is paid and ideal for candidates with previous office experience who thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Your working hours are 10am Until 4pm

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats
Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders
Support invoicing, billing, and other administrative processes using relevant software
Maintain office supplies inventory and organise procurement when necessary
Provide general administrative support to team members to facilitate daily operations
Postage - Packaging

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Experience with data entry and maintaining organised records is highly desirable
Previous experience working with office management software or systems is advantageous
