Full job description

We are an elite forward-thinking business who are seeking an Administrator to support our small but expanding team. This is a varied administration role, which would suit a highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to gain experience & develop their role in Financial Services. For the right candidate there could be the opportunity to develop the role with progression to train as a paraplanner and to grow within the firm and the industry.

This is a superb opportunity to work for a well-established business, which will give you the opportunity to grow & expand your professional skills with an employer who will provide support for taking industry exams as required.

We are seeking a candidate with strong initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.

On a daily basis the role will include:

Providing administration support to the team
Managing incoming calls
Sorting & managing incoming post
Communicating with clients
Liaising with internal and external partners
Assisting with documentation and filing
Any other administration duties as required

(This list is not exclusive & will change on an ad hoc basis as your skill & knowledge grow)

Going forward you will have the opportunity to develop paraplanner support to include:

Request quotes from providers
Process online quotes
Check information received from providers
Check compliance documents on file
Conduct product research

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Financial Services Administrator for a motivated team. This varied and rewarding role would suit an individual who has the following skills and qualities:
