About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our logistics operation. This is a new fast-paced warehouse environment supporting parcel processing, sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading activities for a distribution hub.
Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring parcels are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities - Depending on the role assigned, duties may include:
- Unloading parcels from trailers and containers
- Scanning inbound and outbound shipments using PDA devices
- Sorting parcels to designated locations
- Building and sealing dispatch bags
- Loading parcels onto outbound vehicles
- Moving parcels between operational areas
- Identifying and processing exception shipments
- Verifying shipment labels and barcode information
- Maintaining accurate operational records
- Following warehouse health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Must be able to onboard by 15th June
- Ability to work shifts (15:00 - 23:30 after a few months 3 shift patterns will be available)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic English and numerical skills
- Ability to use handheld scanners or PDA devices
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements - Some positions require:
- Continuous lifting and handling of parcels weighing up to 20–25kg
- Frequent bending, walking, and manual handling activities
- Working efficiently under time-sensitive operational targets
Preferred Experience
- Warehouse, logistics, courier, or parcel handling experience
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with pallet trucks, pallets, or conveyor systems
- Previous parcel sorting or fulfilment experience
