Full job description

Part-Time Pharmacy Counter Assistant – Newmilns / Darvel Area

We are looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to join our pharmacy team, providing part-time counter cover across the Newmilns and Darvel area.

Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Managing pharmacy counter and till duties
Assisting with general healthcare and pharmacy enquiries
Keeping the counter and retail areas clean, tidy and well stocked
Supporting the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day duties
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
Working efficiently in a busy, customer-focused environment

We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and comfortable dealing with the public, with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Part-time hours available, with cover required across Newmilns and Darvel.
