We are looking for an Education Programme Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our educational programmes. This isn't simply an administrative position—you'll be central to ensuring our students, instructors, and education partners enjoy a seamless and rewarding experience throughout every stage of the programme lifecycle.
You'll work closely with academic teams, student support staff, and external partners to coordinate programme activities, maintain operational excellence, and continuously improve the quality of our services.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Coordination: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of educational programmes, ensuring activities, schedules, and deadlines are effectively managed.
Student Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for students, providing timely guidance, responding to enquiries, and supporting a positive learner experience.
Academic Administration: Maintain accurate student records, programme documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting while ensuring information remains up to date.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with instructors, academic partners, and internal departments to ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Event & Schedule Management: Organise orientations, workshops, information sessions, and programme events while coordinating calendars, facilities, and resources.
Quality Assurance: Monitor programme delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and support initiatives that enhance student satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in education administration, programme coordination, academic operations, student services, project coordination, or a similar organisational role.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with students, colleagues, and external education partners.
Organisation: Outstanding planning and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, databases, CRM systems, or student information systems to manage records and coordinate daily activities.
Problem Solving: A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Pay: £30,420.00-£38,549.16 per year
