Location: Based in Crewe – Working Across Cheshire, Staffordshire & the North West
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Join the Construction Linx Team as a Trademan/women

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman/women to strengthen our delivery team.

Working across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector properties, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.

If you're a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in your work, enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a customer-focused environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out first-class joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works.
Complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
Install, repair and replace doors, frames, flooring, kitchens, partitions and general joinery items.
Support refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects from start to finish.
Attend site surveys and assist with project planning where required.
Ensure work areas are safe, organised and completed to a high standard.
Build positive working relationships with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
Complete digital job reports, timesheets and photographic records.
Identify additional works and report opportunities to management.
Work in line with company procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

At least five years' experience as a qualified Joiner.
Previous experience within a multi-skilled maintenance or construction environment.
The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications

Not essential, the following would be advantageous:

CSCS Card
SSSTS
First Aid at Work
Additional construction or trade-related qualifications
