Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Tor Bar at Exeter Airport is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our vibrant hospitality team.
Working in a unique airport environment, you'll meet travellers from across the UK and beyond, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience before they take off.
Please note: Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and have access to reliable transport as shifts can start very early in the morning.
About the Role
As a Bar Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high operational standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Taking orders, processing payments, and handling customer enquiries

Promoting menu items and making recommendations to customers

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented bar environment

Restocking supplies and supporting day-to-day operations
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the airport hospitality team when required
-
Following all health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements
Shift Information & Premium Pay
As an airport operation, our working hours are aligned with flight schedules.

Shifts may start as early as 2:30am
-
Weekend and bank holiday working will be required
-
Time and a half is paid for hours worked between 12:00am and 6:00am

Reliable transport is essential due to early starts and occasional late finishes
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

A strong team player with a positive attitude

Confident communicating with a wide range of customers
Previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, cafés, retail, or customer service would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
