Your Role as an IT and Systems Degree Apprentice:
You will work closely with our experienced IT team, learning and contributing in areas such as:
- Supporting our business systems and infrastructure across all departments.
- Assisting in software deployment, system upgrades, and hardware installations.
- Providing 1st line support to users across multiple locations.
- Helping to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Supporting cybersecurity, GDPR, data protection and system integrity initiatives.
- Participating in IT projects that shape the future of our digital operations.
- Travelling with the team to our sites across the South West.
Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for this programme, you’ll need one of the following:
- Three A Levels at grade C or above, preferably in subjects like Maths, IT, or Science.
- BTEC Extended Diploma at MMM.
- T Level at Pass (preferably in Digital or Technology-related routes).
- Or equivalent qualifications.
You should also ideally hold GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent Level 2).
What Are We Looking For?

- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel between sites as part of the role.
- A full UK driving licence - you will be expected to drive to various locations across our Dealerships.
