The Opportunity
New Concept Security is proud to announce a new partnership with a major high-profile venue opening in Weston super mare. This is a large-scale "cocktail and nightclub" concept, requiring an elite team of 7+ SIA Door Supervisors per shift.
We are looking for professional, disciplined, and customer-focused operatives to be part of the foundation team for this exciting new launch.
The Role
This is a high-energy environment where the focus is on Guest Experience and Atmosphere Management. As part of a large, coordinated team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and sophisticated environment for hundreds of patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinated Security: Work as part of a 7+ person team to manage entry, floor safety, and VIP areas.
- Professional Entry Management: Conduct searches and ID checks with a polite, firm, and professional approach.
- Incident Response: Utilize radio communication and team tactics to resolve disturbances quickly and safely.
- Venue Standards: Maintain a sharp, professional appearance and a proactive "customer-first" attitude.
- Communication: Work closely with venue management and fellow New Concept Security team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Licensing: A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in high-volume nightclubs or large-scale leisure venues.
- Team Player: Ability to take direction and work effectively within a large security team.
- Vetting: Compliance with BS7858 standards (5-year checkable work history required).
- Physical Presence: A professional and confident demeanor capable of managing high-pressure situations.
