Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dedicated and hardworking team in a fast-paced fine dining environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives during busy service, and enjoys working closely with a professional Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in supporting the FOH team by creating high-quality cocktails and beverages that complement our dining experience. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality and mixology.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beverages to fine dining standards
Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
Maintain consistency, presentation, and accuracy in every drink served
Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist with bar setup, preparation, and closing duties
Manage stock levels
Provide professional and friendly service when interacting with guests

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a mixologist in a busy bar or restaurant
Passion for cocktails, hospitality, and high standards of service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and presentation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
