The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in lettings management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the lettings team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Grow the lettings portfolio through proactive business development and client relationship management.
Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations with landlords and tenants.
Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong local reputation.
Report directly to senior management on performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role.
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proven ability to build relationships and grow business.
ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential).
Full UK driving licence.
