Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of commercial activities, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market expansion. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue and market share.
Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and build long-term relationships.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
Manage a team of sales professionals and business development specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Analyze sales data and financial reports to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a commercial management role within a relevant industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals successfully.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of market analysis tools, CRM systems, and financial modeling software is preferred.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
