If so, you're in luck. Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust has an opportunity to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team in Telford, based as Hall Court.

You will carry day to day responsibility for the operational management and delivery of services within the multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible for the management of staff within the team, leadership, the delivery and delegation of management supervision and ensuring appropriate clinical / professional supervision takes place as per Trust policy and procedure.
You will be responsible for the Operational Management of the CRHT team, exercising effectiveness and flexible budget control in order to stay within budgetary limits in conjunction with locality manager.
Work collaboratively with the Service Manager, and team clinical leads in the planning re-shaping and delivery of the service
Responsible for the development and delivery of the Crisis Alternative pathways.
You will engage in and support the development of policies, procedures and working practices within the team. Ensure implementation, monitoring, evaluation and compliance with all policies and procedures in area of responsibility.
Day to day line management responsibility for staff working within the Team including management of sickness, performance, recruitment and appraisals.
